Where can I find text?

Your e-mails will convert to speech and to MP3 files.   You can download some books for free from the internet and these will convert to speech and MP3 files.   News sites are most interesting and some are still for free allowing us to be cognizant of current affairs.    Long text reports from work will convert to speech and MP3 files so that you can save time listening during your commute.

Why doesn't a service exist to deliver content?

If you would like to subscribe to a service that would mail you CD's with text, then please enter this into the suggestions.

Why Veho Tempus Donum?

According to the 2003 U.S. Census Bureau, we Americans average 225 hours of commute time ever year.   This is time we could spend learning and improving ourselves.  Most people have MP3 players already and the ability to download files from their PC's.  Adding TextAloud costs only $29.95 and opens the door to free time and information.   This is a no brainer.

Is this legal ?

Most Copyrights allow you to download material from the Web (one machine readable copy and one print copy per page) for your personal, noncommercial use only.  This implies that you can not send or give the machine readable copy anywhere after you have downloaded it.
